Therapy for trauma, disconnection, and returning to yourself
You may be experiencing anxiety, depression, moodiness, fearfulness, grief, or a sense of disconnection from yourself and others. In therapy, we can work toward symptom relief while also tending to the deeper roots of what you are carrying.
My approach is grounded in the belief that healing is about recovering access to your vitality, creativity, connection, and sense of self.
I work with adults and young adults navigating trauma, complex trauma, PTSD, dissociation, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, grief/loss, eating disorder recovery and relationship or attachment wounds.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Art Therapist, I integrate psychotherapy, art therapy, Internal Family Systems, somatic approaches, and insight-oriented work. My background includes experience in residential and intensive outpatient treatment settings, where I directed programs supporting adults and adolescents with complex trauma, eating disorders, and co-occurring mental health concerns.
Together we may explore patterns, protective parts, body responses, and old relational wounds that have shaped how you survive- while gently making room for more choice, connection, and self-trust.
When we process trauma, we begin to heal the disconnection from self and are given back one of our deepest resources: vitality.
