How do I know if you’re the right therapist for me?

You may be a good fit for my practice if you find yourself feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, struggling with the effects of trauma, navigating life transitions, or wanting deeper connection with yourself and others.

My clients are often thoughtful, insightful individuals who have spent years adapting to difficult experiences and are ready to understand themselves more deeply. Together, we explore the many “editions” of yourself that have emerged over time- honoring how they helped you survive while creating space for grounded healing and growth.

My approach may be especially helpful if you are experiencing:

-Trauma or complex trauma

-Anxiety or chronic stress

-Depression or numbness

-Dissociation

-Identity explorations and life transitions

-Grief or loss

-Bipolar disordered or mood concerns

What happens next?

Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, and I hope to make the process as straightforward and comfortable as possible.

  1. Reach out- complete the contact form, email, or call to schedule a free consultation.

  2. Free consultation- We’ll spend 15-20 minutes discussing what brings you to therapy, answering questions, and determining whether we’re a good fit.

  3. Initial Assessment and Ongoing Therapy- During our first session, we’ll explore your history, current concerns, strengths, and goals for therapy. We’ll create a therapeutic process together that is tailored to your unique needs, drawing from psychotherapy, art therapy, somatic approaches, IFS, and narrative therapy.
